1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LexPixel API and website (lexpixel.pro), provided by SimplyCreate AI UG (haftungsbeschränkt), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

LexPixel provides a professional API and toolkit for AI video compliance, including cryptographic watermarking, metadata injection, and C2PA standard alignment. Our services are primarily intended for businesses and professional developers.

3. Account and Security

To use LexPixel, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Usage Rules and API License

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the LexPixel API.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the API.
• Use the API to violate any laws, including copyright and privacy laws.
• Bypass any rate limits or security measures.
• Resell the API access as a standalone service without explicit written permission.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features of LexPixel require a paid subscription. Billing is handled through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard settings.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the media files you process through the LexPixel API. LexPixel does not claim ownership of your content. LexPixel owns all rights to the API technology, software, and the LexPixel brand.

7. Limitation of Liability

LexPixel provides its services "as is" and "as available". To the search extent permitted by law, SimplyCreate AI UG (haftungsbeschränkt) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard settings.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms is Berlin, Germany.
